Recorded audio and video become speaker-labelled transcripts on your own computer. Your account carries the voices you have named, your transcripts and your settings to every computer you sign in on.

Transcription itself never leaves your machine: the recordings stay where they are, and your Deepgram and LLM keys are stored encrypted for your account alone.

How signing in works

Press Sign in inside Transcriptor. It shows an 8-character code. Open this site, sign in, type the code, and approve the computer. Manage linked computers and stored keys under Account.
